Beautiful clothes shouldn’t be complicated.
Ekohum is a slow-fashion label from Jaipur. We make ethnic wear that is genuinely handcrafted, genuinely comfortable, and priced so you can feel good in it twice over — once for how it looks, once for what it cost.
Our story
Why we started
Ekohum began with a familiar frustration: a wardrobe full of ethnic wear and still nothing that felt right. Outfits that looked lovely online but arrived stiff, itchy or oddly cut. Pieces too precious to wear on an ordinary Tuesday, and too plain for the day that mattered.
We thought it should be simpler. So we went to the source — the block printers, weavers and embroiderers of Jaipur and Rajasthan — and built a small label around their craft. Real fabric, real hands, real fits, made for real days.
Today Ekohum is still small on purpose. We would rather make fewer things well than many things fast. Every kurta and co-ord set is meant to do the same quiet job: help you walk into a room feeling like the most confident version of yourself.

Block-printed, embroidered and finished by artisans — never stamped out by a machine. That is why each piece feels a little different on.
Comfort comes first
A beautiful outfit you keep adjusting is not beautiful for long. We choose soft, breathable fabric and easy cuts you can wear all day.
Honest fabric, honest prices
What the photo shows is what arrives. Real cotton, clear descriptions and fair pricing — so it looks expensive without the regret.
Made in small batches
We make a little at a time, close to our artisans. Fewer pieces, made properly — the opposite of fast fashion.
The Jaipur connection
Made in a city that has dressed India for centuries.
Jaipur’s lanes still hum with hand-block printing, gota work and handloom weaving. We work directly with these artisans — fair pay, steady work, full credit — because their skill is the whole point.
